Allow me tell about our fashion with reference to the just concluded Soweto Fashion Week. Autumn/ Winter 2020. Our Collection is named the Freedom Day Collection after the 10 Years Nelson Mandela Day Celebrations. House Of Green Fashion & Clothing showcased a combination of Fifteen looks in Quality Ankara and high class urban Fabrics. 

The Freedom Day Collection 2020 spreads into 4 groups of a creative display of an unusual effectiveness of colours to create Artistic African fashion pieces. 

 The first group consist of four fashion pieces from a Fabric classification called ‘Abundant ankara’ fused with a certain shade of Green, A shade identified in today’s trend and also anticipated to be one that will be seen in the nearest future across the globe on fashion runways. A closer look at these looks display simplicity and harmony. The two female looks uniquely display a balance between Style and Professionalism while the Male look displays relaxation and of course Style. 

A closer look at these Female pieces display detailed touches of the colour Red to translate sexiness. Take nothing away from our diagonal Pocket Flaps and intricate display of attractiveness. 

Third Group is our showstopper. Two Male fashion items ,also a much trendy display of bright colors seen on Runways across the globe. A closer look displays four bright colours, very much looking like the rainbow identifies with our choices of Colour on every other look on this Collection. 

Our final group consist of Seven Fashion pieces from a Fabric Classification called “Classy Everything Ankara” fused with black to bring alive the earthy display of prints on the fabric. A closer look displays Sophistication and what is known as street wear fashion. 

Inspiration 

Authenticity is identified as the core of all fashion pieces made by us. Our creative expressions showcase the African heritage dating back to Colonization. Hence our desire to display the ‘’Ankara’’ an African Fabric and other Urban Fabrics to showcase an effective fusion of Urbanization and Culture. By embracing the European Silhouette, we then draw inspiration from nature to create convenient and high- end Fashion pieces. We are passionate about creating Artistic African fashion pieces with globally acceptable standards. Our Choices of Ankara Fabrics are mostly bright, Vibrant and without any doubt of premium quality.
